RESERVATIONS

Q: How can I reserve a room?
A: You can reserve on line on this Website, through the reservation box, or you can contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail. To guarantee the reservation, your credit card data (number and expiry date) will be requested. As an alternative, you can confirm your reservation sending the first night cost as a deposit, by bank transfer or postal order.

Q: Can I use my prepaid card to confirm the reservation?
A: Prepaid cards can’t be used to guarantee the reservation, but it is possible to require the charge of the first night cost on your prepaid card as a deposit, by sending us your authorization.

Q: Will you charge any sum on the credit card used to confirm the reservation?
A: Nothing will be charged on the credit card used to confirm the reservation. Payment will be entirely at check-out.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: You can cancel your reservation without any charge until 2 days before your arrival date. After this limit, the first night cost will be charged. NB: Some packages or special offers can have a different cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Q: What is check-in and check out time?
A: Check in: from 2:00 p.m. / Check out: within 11:00 a.m. Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your luggage in our free luggage room. Please contact us if you already know you arrival or departure time differs from the above times.

Q: I will arrive late. Is it possible to get late check-in?
A: Yes, it is. We have 24h reception.

Q: I will leave before 7:30 a.m., when do I need to check-out?
A: For early departures in the morning, it is better to set the bill of your room the night before, within 10:30 p.m. At your departure, you can leave your room key to the night porter.

Q: Can I pay with credit card?
A: We accept the main credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì, American Express, Diners.

Q: Can I pay with a cheque?
A: Cheque payments are not allowed.

HOW TO REACH US

Q: I need a transfer from the airport to the hotel, who can I ask?
A: If you need a transfer from the airport to our hotel or vice versa, don’t hesitate to contact us: we will reserve the transfer service for you to a local company. We also remind you that with a 7 night stay reservation with our “Hotel+Transfer” package, you can have the transfers from and to the airport at a special price!

Q: Where can I rent a car?
A: The hotel can rent a car for you to a local company, with delivery at the hotel or at the airport.

Q: Is it easy to find parking near the hotel?
A: In front of the hotel it is available a wide free parking space. The Hotel also disposes of a garage, with a charge of Euro 8,00 per night (limited availability, reservation needed).

Q: I am travelling without a car. How can I reach the nearby sites?
A: Public transportation is available from Castellammare del Golfo to the main sites nearby (bus station 600 mt, train station about 3 km far). Moreover, local agencies organize guided tours to the main touristic sites of the area. Our staff will be glad to give you information on routes, times and fares.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES

Q: Is it available any Internet connection?
A: Wi-fi Internet connection is available for free all over the building, you can ask the reception for the code. For our guests is also available a free Internet point.

Q: What is the swimming pool opening season?
A: Our swimming pool is open from May to October, according to weather conditions.

Q: What is the swimming pool opening time?
A: Our swimming pool is open everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Q: Does the hotel provide towels for the swimming pool?
A: It is possible to rent towels at a daily cost of Euro 2,50.

Q: I have a pet, can I take it with me to the hotel?
A: Unfortunately we cannot allow pets, of any size, in our hotel.

Q: I would like to make a boat trip. Who can I ask?
A: During summer, boat trips to Scopello, Zingaro and San Vito are available, leaving from Castellammare port. Our staff will be glad to give you information on rates and discounts reserved to our guests. NB: If you are going to stay in July, don’t let slip our “Special July” package (minimum stay 5 nights) including the boat trip at a special price!
